Sip & Sketch – Sunday, Oct 30

Join us at the Silver Cow for our workshop titled “Sip and Sketch” hosted by William McMahan. Sunday, October 30, 3 – 5:30pm

COST: $35

Cost Includes 2 Drinks (Beer, Wine, Soda or Coffee) Light snacks and Art Materials

Participants will observe a 30 minute demonstration drawing and lecture on creating a still life drawing in graphite, while being served a beer or wine. After the demonstration, artists will work on their own drawing for an hour and a half, while receiving advice and feedback from William, and a second beer or wine. Drawing paper and materials will be provided.

We will also have All-You-Can-Drink Mimosas an Beermosas for $10 and Craft Beer Specials and a light menu of snacks and meat and cheese plates. Silver Cow will be open at 12 pm – 6pm on that Sunday.

We’re so excited to get Beer and Hymns Jax-A Wild Goose Event rolling again! Join us brandonThursday, Oct. 6 starting at 7:30 pm for a fun night of music and feel free to bring your own instrument!

Our Kitchen will be open serving up grilled cheeses and sandwiches and light snacks.

We’re helping to raise funds needed for Brandon who’s in need of a wheelchair van. The awesome angels at DLC Nurse and Learn will be selling tickets for your chance to win some really awesome prizes, gift certificates, beer swag and beer and Silver Cow will be donating $1 from every pint and wine sold that evening so come out, sing and drink all while helping an awesome cause!

Sometimes bad things happen and we have to make it right. When one of our scientists accidentally crossbred the DNA of Zombie Killer into The Zombies Take Manhattan, this delicious mutant was born. Bottle conditioned.
Ingredients: Water, Styrian and Saaz Hops, 2-Row Barley and Caramel Malt, Yeast and Granulated Beet Sugar.
Matilda is made with a rare yeast that suggests a fruity and spicy flavor. There is complex maltiness balanced with a profuse amount of hops.
